Must:
We are looking for a Network Engineer (3rd Line Support) with experience in service desk management, specifically at a 3rd Line Level. The ideal candidate will have a background in network management and the ability to work independently and at pace.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical delivery and support of our team, managing network monitoring and management. You will also mentor our 1st and 2nd Line engineers and oversee the overall review of the network while delivering a variety of projects.
