Must:
We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer who has experience in IT line support, specifically in 2nd or 3rd Line support. You should have exposure to network management or a strong desire to develop in this area. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently and at a fast pace.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring 1st and 2nd Line engineers. You will manage network monitoring and management, working closely with the Network Manager to control the entire enterprise network. Additionally, you will conduct overall reviews of the network and assist in delivering a variety of projects.
