Must:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with a background in IT support. You should be comfortable delivering basic training to non-technical staff members. A full UK driving license is essential, and residing in York is a requirement.

In this role, you will deliver practical training on everyday tech tools and provide hands-on support for system queries and process improvements across the firm. You will help find new opportunities for smarter working and assist in embedding best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Desktop Support team to roll out new IT projects.
