Requirements
Must:
- Fluent in Italian and English
- A strong base level of electronics/hardware experience
- IT knowledge and strong customer skills
- Interest in electronics, particularly with an understanding of various electrical components found on a PCB or logic board
- Passion for IT and technology
- Enjoy diagnosing and fixing issues with equipment (e.g., PCs, electrical or electro-mechanical devices)
- Interest in 3D printing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk and service desk support to clients using advanced 2D and 3D imaging devices
- Assist with IT support related to networked machines
- Collaborate with a positive and supportive team to resolve client issues
- Participate in full and ongoing training provided by the company
Description
We are offering a fully remote helpdesk technical support position where you can work from home. This is not a hands-on role; instead, it allows you to support clients in a stable, permanent career opportunity with long-term growth potential. The working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week (1-hour lunch), from 08:30 to 17:00.
