Requirements
Must:
- I require a valid HGV Class 1 Licence with at least 2 years of experience.
- You should have container experience and hold a CPC certification.
- A Digital Tachograph Card is necessary, and there should be no major points or endorsements on your driving record.
- Strong timekeeping skills and an excellent work ethic are essential, along with a team player mentality.
- Flexibility is important when required, and I need a checkable work history.

- You will be responsible for Class 1 day and night shifts, performing drop and swaps, with no handball involved.
- Following planned routes is crucial to ensure timely deliveries.
- Daily walkround checks must be conducted, adhering to WTD and driver hour rules.
- You will be required to download your Tachograph card after every shift.
Description
Drivers Plus is actively seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for ongoing contracts in the WF9 area for a Container position. We have a contract for ongoing work available for the right candidate. Shift options include day and night work, with 05:00 am starts on days and 18:00 starts on nights, Monday to Friday, for 12-hour shifts. We offer competitive pay rates for PAYE drivers, ranging from £15.50 to £19 per hour, and drivers will pay £1 per shift for insurance contribution. Additional benefits include pension contributions for PAYE drivers, accrued holiday pay, free parking, access to a modern fleet of vehicles, and excellent pay rates.
