Requirements
Must:
I am seeking candidates with at least 4 years of IT Support experience or equivalent. A valid UK Driving License and a personal vehicle with the necessary insurance for business travel are required. Candidates must have work authorization to operate in the UK and live within a reasonable commuting distance to Basingstoke. An A-Level or equivalent qualification is also necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Second Line IT Support Engineer, I will expect you to provide 1st and 2nd line support to our customers. You will assist with various project-related work, including hardware installation, networking, cloud migrations, server builds, and customer onboarding. You will work with the 2nd line team to triage IT Support requests and provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff. Independent on-site visits to customers will be part of your role, where you will conduct site audits and create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
