Must:
We are looking for a Support Analyst / Support Engineer who possesses skills and experience in as many of the following areas as possible. However, since this is a relatively junior role, it is equally important to find someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and technically curious. You should have a genuine desire to develop a career in IT support and a “can-do” attitude. Essential requirements include:
- Existing commercial IT support experience
- Familiarity with Windows 11
- Proficiency with Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory
- User-level experience with Macs
Responsibilities
In this fully onsite position, as a Support Analyst / Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to approximately 100 users to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing user support for hardware, software, and device issues, including PCs, printers, and mobile equipment
- Maintaining and monitoring internal systems to ensure they are secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently
- Setting up and configuring new and replacement IT equipment
- Managing user accounts across internal and third-party platforms
