We are seeking an IT Support Analyst with a strong interest in IT, including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and similar technology. Previous commercial experience on an IT helpdesk is preferred but not essential. If you are looking for your first role in IT, we are open to considering candidates with good academic experience.
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the first line of support on our busy helpdesk, addressing IT issues and providing exceptional support to approximately 500 users. Your role will involve picking up helpdesk queries, investigating resolutions, and escalating to the second line when necessary.
