Requirements
Must:
- A couple of years' experience in 2nd line support
- Good understanding of Cisco Networking
- Proficiency in Azure
- Competency in O365
- Experience with Cisco Meraki is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support to users across multiple sites in the UK
- Troubleshoot network issues, particularly using Cisco Meraki
- Work collaboratively within a team of 5 IT support professionals
- Maintain high standards of quality and service in IT support
