Requirements
Must:
- A valid driving license and own transport
- Experience in a 2nd line support role
- Proficiency in supporting Office 365 applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Hardware experience, specifically in setting up laptops
- Familiarity with Azure is a plus
- Knowledge of iOS, particularly with iPads, is desirable
- Previous experience in a school environment is advantageous
Responsibilities
As a member of our small team, I will provide 2nd line IT support across our Academy schools, primarily based in Gloucester. My role will involve traveling to various schools within the Gloucester area to assist with both support tasks and planned project work. I will have the opportunity to engage with all aspects of our infrastructure and cloud platform, leveraging the investment made in enterprise-scale, cloud-first systems based on Azure.
