Must:
To join our team as a SharePoint Administrator, you should have experience with the following SharePoint duties:
- Administering and configuring SharePoint Online, Teams sites, and OneDrive environments.
- Delivering training and guidance for site owners and end users.
- Liaising with stakeholders to align priorities and contribute to governance forums.
- Managing site collections, libraries, lists, metadata, and storage quotas.
- Enforcing user access reviews, ownership compliance, and co-ownership structures.
- Maintaining permissions, access controls, and lifecycle policies across platforms.
- Performing platform health checks and resolving technical issues.
- Remediating oversharing and risky external sharing links.
- Confirming ownership and enabling searchability for high-value sites.
- Utilizing tools for reporting such as PowerShell or ShareGate.
- Maintaining dashboards for link removal, ownership, and compliance tracking.
- Supporting secure collaboration and post-go-live transitions into managed services.
Responsibilities
As a SharePoint Administrator, you will support security remediation in preparation for our client's Copilot rollout. Your primary responsibilities will include administering SharePoint environments, delivering training sessions, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing site-related resources to ensure security and compliance.
Description
We are offering a 3-month position with a hybrid working model—3 days remote and 2 days in our Manchester City Centre office—at a rate of £470 per day via an umbrella company. We are looking to conduct interviews as soon as possible, with an immediate start date. There is potential for extension focused on maintenance activities related to document management and file shares.
