Requirements
Must:
We are seeking someone with experience in business systems or applications, preferably with knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and related modules. Holding or being willing to work towards the ITIL Foundation Certificate would be advantageous. You must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside a methodical and organized work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization.
Responsibilities
In the role of System Support and Development Analyst, you will ensure stability, continuity, and availability of core applications within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. You will work closely with system users, analyze internal processes, provide technical support, and collaborate with our Managed Service Provider. Your key tasks will include responding swiftly to incidents and escalated user queries, maintaining various applications and projects, and promoting and enhancing data quality in related systems. You will also manage User Acceptance Testing for quarterly patches and system improvements while considering system configurations, access permissions, and interdependencies.

This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) located in either Culham, Oxfordshire, or Calder Bridge, Cumbria, with hybrid working options available. We offer a competitive salary up to £39,929, plus a £2,000 South East allowance for candidates based at Culham.
