Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Linux (specifically Red Hat or other distributions).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages, experience with tools like Puppet and Terraform, knowledge of AWS Cloudwatch and PagerDuty, and understanding of Windows management tools like InTune MDM.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support IT systems, ensuring that servers and services function smoothly.
- Assist customers and staff with technical support requests.
- Help deploy and scale systems to accommodate demands.
- Monitor system performance, manage alerts and alarms, and investigate performance issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, testing, and user experience teams to improve processes.
- Enhance automated processes for system management and monitoring.
