Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line support or project engineering role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure is essential. Experience with networking technologies, such as firewalls, switches, and VPNs, is also required. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are a must, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco, are desirable.
Responsibilities
As the Lead IT Project Engineer, you will lead the delivery of infrastructure and cloud-based projects. You will provide high-level support for escalated 2nd and 3rd line issues and design and implement solutions across various environments, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking. You will act as the technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and proper documentation. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the establishment of technical standards.
