Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and a proactive approach. You should have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities, along with good organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a busy support environment is essential. Prior experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. Most importantly, we seek someone with a willingness to learn and develop within our supportive team.
Responsibilities
As an ICT Helpdesk Technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide first-line support to staff and students, ensuring that all issues are logged, prioritized, and resolved promptly. You will diagnose and resolve technical problems across desktop, network, and printer systems. Additionally, you will support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT hardware and software, escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary, and assist with ICT projects and system upgrades as required.
