Requirements
Must:
- I require a technical understanding of plumbing, heating, or underfloor heating systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support within the building services industry is essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary, particularly the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- I expect proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple queries efficiently.
- An NVQ Level 2+ or equivalent qualification in Plumbing/Engineering is advantageous, although not essential.
- A valid driver’s license is required for occasional customer site visits.
- Ideally, candidates should be located within a commutable distance to Croxley Green.
Responsibilities
- I need you to provide office-based technical support via phone and email to customers, installers, and merchants.
- You will advise on product selection, installation, and troubleshooting for heating and plumbing systems.
- Support for sales and marketing teams with product knowledge, technical data, and system advice will be part of your role.
- You will guide users through software and app-based system controls.
- Conducting occasional site visits (approximately 5 per year) to assess installation or performance issues and complete visit reports will be necessary.
- I require you to identify recurring technical or product issues and provide feedback to internal design and applications teams.
- It is essential that you ensure customers receive a professional, responsive, and high-quality experience at every interaction.
Description

After training, this position will involve hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and provides 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
