Requirements

Must:
- Experience with provisioning services and AV - Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organization and prioritization skills - Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to work effectively under pressure - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel - Good understanding of IT security principles and controls - Skilled in documenting processes and procedures - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to get to the underlying cause of issues while improving service

Responsibilities

As your AV & IT Support Analyst, I will be responsible for: - Providing technical support for all aspects of the Audio Visual service across all BFS offices, including guidance and technical expertise for the business. - Owning and managing the relationship with the AV Service Provider and producing best practice advice for internal customers. - Taking ownership of resolving technical issues escalated from the IT Service Desk to ensure timely resolutions. - Proactively managing the health of the AV system to ensure optimal performance when needed. - Offering VIP IT support to the BFS Board and Executive Leadership team, which includes assisting with software, hardware, and AV-related issues. - Working on tickets in the ITSM tool to provide exemplary hardware and software provisioning service, while visiting UK and other offices as needed to resolve IT issues that cannot be handled remotely. - Ensuring that technology is operational on site, managing the provision of new, replacement, and allocation of equipment, and planning, testing, and undertaking endpoint deployments or updates.
