Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant IT qualifications (preferred).
- The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations, with proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016-2022, Azure, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, SCCM, and MDM tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in international teams.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset to improve IT service delivery are crucial.
- Experience with network configuration, application deployment, and IT infrastructure monitoring is a plus.
Responsibilities
- As a 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure and troubleshooting issues.
- You will provide technical support and help ensure smooth IT operations across the UK and Ireland.
- Your role will include managing networks and performing system administration.
- You will work as part of a wider international IT team, collaborating with colleagues based in the UK, Norway, and Sweden.
Description
- This is a full-time office-based position at our Herefordshire head office, with an option for hybrid working on a 3-2 split.
- The salary for this role is circa £35,000 (depending on experience) and includes 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with the opportunity to purchase up to 5 extra days per year.
