- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- I will provide excellent customer service and technical support to new and existing customers.
- I will support customers through various channels, including phone, live chat, virtual access, and email, regarding hardware and software issues.
- I will log all support tickets and flag any ongoing issues.
- I will provide IT support for systems such as WiFi, MS Office, VoIP, etc.

Based near Maldon in Essex, we are a major supplier of mechanical MOT equipment and software for garages throughout the UK. Due to our continued success and expansion, we are seeking an additional helpdesk member to assist with technical issues that our customers may encounter with their hardware and software.
