Requirements
Must:
We seek a candidate who has either a degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, or a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in technical support, presales, or another IT role. Strong IT skills are essential, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work. Desirable skills include a basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and Freshdesk. Experience in software testing is also a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical support to our customers and offer presales support. You will be involved in cloud infrastructure support and application testing. Additionally, you will analyze and document business processes, configure and implement software solutions and workflows, and provide training and consultancy. Building professional relationships with clients will be crucial, and you may occasionally work as part of a cross-functional team with sales to help secure new business through solution demonstrations, project plans, and scoping documents.
