Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT support experience, including experience with on-site networking.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to remain calm under pressure and naturally helpful.
- Broad technical knowledge, particularly in organisations with 20-500 users.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel expenses subsidised).
- A home-based workspace suitable for the occasional storage of spares.
- Essential Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C or above) and Microsoft and/or CompTIA certifications.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
Responsibilities
- Support client IT environments both remotely and on-site, bringing clarity and resolution to technical issues.
- Diagnose problems, resolve incidents, and escalate to 3rd Line colleagues when necessary.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with our clients by being approachable, dependable, and solutions-focused.
- Use high-quality tools in a well-supported and organised environment.
- Take part in our team on-call rotation (1 week in several), ensuring consistent support to our valued clients.
