Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems
- Experience with TCP/IP networking protocols and LAN/WAN technologies
- Proficiency in providing desktop support to end-users
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud services
- Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- 2 years of technical support experience (required)
- 2 years of customer service experience (required)
- Proficient in English (required)
- Must have work authorization in the United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions
- Monitor network performance and security, including firewalls and DNS
- Collaborate with other IT team members to analyze and resolve complex technical problems
- Assist with the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Description
