Requirements
Must:
- You must be Microsoft Certified.
- You should have a friendly and outgoing nature.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Previous experience in an outsourced support provider setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- You will resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional IT support to clients, both on-site and remotely.
- You will diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues that 1st and 2nd line support cannot handle.
- You will offer expert-level guidance to junior support staff, assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- You will travel to client sites to resolve technical issues requiring on-site intervention, including installing and configuring hardware, software, and network components.
- You will conduct system audits and provide comprehensive reports on IT environments.
- You may assist clients with IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new system deployments, while providing on-site training as needed.
