Requirements
Must:
- Experience in the analysis of primary and secondary data related to labour market trends and living standards.
- Experience initiating and carrying through quantitative research projects.
- Confident skills in evaluating and communicating a range of data sources from legal material to quantitative data, while using evidence to inform policy development.
Responsibilities
As the Policy Lead for Labour Market Policy and Analysis, I will contribute to policy development and data analysis across various areas, including employment rights, labour market, and pensions policy. This role has been created to enhance our policy capacity during significant shifts in the UK labour market. I expect to support our response to new legislation and a rapidly changing economy.
