Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid role
- Strong understanding of software development workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into structured documentation
- Experience working with UI/UX teams
- Comfortable creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries (desirable)
- Familiarity with agile project delivery (desirable)
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, or technical concepts (desirable)
- Experience with tools like Figma, ClickUp, Jira or Notion (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Take high-level product ideas and break them down into clear workflows and requirements
- Work with our UI/UX designer to transform requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support the engineering leads in understanding scope and timelines
- Coordinate delivery, track progress, and ensure features meet quality expectations
- Act as the bridge between Operations and Engineering to ensure alignment
- Bring structure and clarity to our fast-moving product organisation
- Translate product vision into detailed requirements
- Map workflows and identify edge cases
- Conduct requirement sessions with stakeholders
- Document features in clear, structured formats
- Define user journeys and ensure designs match requirements
- Validate UI/UX flows for simplicity and usability
- Write epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritise work in collaboration with Operations
- Prepare sprint-ready tickets for engineering leads
- Support estimation and release planning
- Act as the central point between Operations and Engineering
- Communicate scope, timelines, and changes clearly
- Track delivery progress and surface risks early
- Review completed features against requirements
- Ensure edge cases and acceptance criteria are met
- Support UAT and release readiness
