Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Leader in a transport, logistics, or warehousing environment
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively, demonstrating a pragmatic and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong technical knowledge, including network infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all business departments
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems
- Drive the successful upgrade/migration of an ERP system
- Oversee IT projects from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review
- Act as IT owner for key business applications, overseeing support and development
- Drive efficient and effective IT service delivery
- Identify and champion opportunities for technological innovation
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives
- Track and report on IT service performance and project outcomes
Description
We are seeking an IT Business Partner located near Crewe, preferably with transport, logistics, or warehousing industry and ERP experience. This role is a pivotal link between our business and Technology for our division, offering an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation and oversee a significant ERP system upgrade. The position is predominantly office-based with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, a company car, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
