- Knowledge of desktop and mobile hardware and software
- Familiarity with collaboration tools
- Experience in identity and access management/security
- Proficient in monitoring, event management, and other operational tools
- Understanding of meeting room and AV technology
- Knowledge of managed print services
Responsibilities
- Document systems and processes within the technology tower
- Contribute to configuration, maintenance, and operation of critical technologies
- Install, configure, and test environments
- Ensure day-to-day patching, monitoring, and performance management
- Monitor environment for full visibility into performance and availability
- Produce reviews, reports, and audit logs that demonstrate service quality
- Collaborate with Group IT to resolve escalations
- Support disaster recovery testing and provide audit evidence
- Drive continual service improvement
- Optimize infrastructure through ongoing analysis
- Deliver resilient, compliant, and high-performing technology services
