Requirements
Must:
- Knowledge and interest in financial services and products
- Proven background of working in an analytical role
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Google (Big Query), AWS (Redshift), Azure or others
- Fluent in SQL
- Expert in data manipulation and analysis to provide actionable insights through data storytelling
- Experience using data analysis languages like Python or R
- Excellent attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills
- Proficient at prioritising workloads effectively and using planning and collaboration tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence & Miro
- Desirable: Prior experience using and building dashboards in a data visualisation tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or Sigma
- Desirable: Previous experience in a commercially focused role
- Desirable: Familiarity with FCA regulations, particularly Consumer Duty
Responsibilities
- Support stakeholders across our Client and Product teams with insight on our clients and the translation of this into actions and recommendations
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities within our data and translate them into improved commercial performance or client experience
- Depending on priorities, be seconded onto a variety of project teams that may have specific deliverables
- Provide analytical support to project teams end-to-end, such as the launch of a new client-facing feature
- Build reports and dashboards, ranging from tactical reports to monitor client activity to business-wide reports
- Provide assistance to the Data Engineering team in redesigning critical business-wide reports or redefining business metrics

In this permanent full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing client experience and influencing strategic decisions.
