Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with strong SQL and data modeling expertise.
- Experience with semantic modeling is essential.
- Proven Power BI development skills, including DAX, are required.
- You should have experience working in an Azure environment.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Databricks would be a bonus.
Responsibilities
- You will align with our Central London office, collaborating with your team and business stakeholders three days a week.
- You will work across the full data lifecycle, from data transformation and SQL-based data modeling to semantic modeling, to enable the development of robust business intelligence solutions.
- Leveraging tools such as Azure Data Factory and Databricks, you will design and manage data pipelines that deliver high-quality, analysis-ready datasets.
- You will develop interactive and insightful reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- This role requires a hands-on technical approach, along with substantial stakeholder engagement and interaction. It is ideal for someone who enjoys being people-facing.
Description
This is a brilliant opportunity for individuals who have a flair for data modeling and reporting to join a company committed to leveraging the latest technologies. We offer a competitive salary of up to around £55,000, depending on experience, along with 25 days of annual leave and an additional day off for your birthday. Our contributory pension scheme is matched up to 5%. Please note that this role is exclusively for UK residents, and we do not offer sponsorship. You must have the right to work in the UK with no restrictions. Some roles may be subject to successful background checks, including a DBS and credit check.
