Must:
We are looking for someone with strong experience in finance systems, preferably with expertise in Workday or similar ERP platforms. A proven track record in system implementations and process improvements is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must, along with an analytical mindset capable of solving complex problems. We value a self-starter with leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead system improvements and optimize finance processes across our global teams. I will support ERP transformation projects and drive the adoption of new functionalities. Acting as a trusted advisor between Finance, IT, and third-party vendors will be a key aspect of my job. Additionally, I will deliver training, create documentation, and lead user engagement initiatives, ensuring governance and best practices across Finance IT operations.
