Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Specialist
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including hands-on administration
- Ability to manage the full product lifecycle
- Proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean practices
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and analytical mindset
- Passion for improving products, processes, and user experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Digital & Data strategy and organisational goals
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, documentation, and product enhancements
- Drive system improvements and continuous optimisation, working with stakeholders, suppliers, and architecture teams
- Own user access, roles, and audit-compliant governance across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform products
- Champion Agile and Lean practices, managing product backlogs and supporting delivery teams throughout the lifecycle
- Act as a Technology SME, coaching Product Analysts, sharing best practices, and supporting capability development
- Lead product forums, workshops, and solution design sessions, providing architectural direction and risk insight
- Support implementation, rollout, and adoption, including training collaboration, service delivery oversight, and post-implementation support
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, creating a supportive, high-performing environment
