Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a business analysis role, with a strong track record of producing detailed documentation.
- Strong understanding of IT and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create effective requirements documents.
- Ability to engage with complex legal and business rules and develop company secretarial expertise.
- Independent self-starter with the drive to own multiple projects and deliver results.
- A systematic approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional qualifications such as ISEB/BCS are desirable.
- Experience in accountancy, legal, financial, or professional services industries is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- I will analyze and develop requirements through liaison with both internal and external users, as well as conduct independent research.
- I will organize and prioritize requirements effectively.
- I will document requirements by creating detailed specifications and supporting materials.
- I will liaise with software developers to assess options and resolve areas of uncertainty.
- I will manage change requests, assessing impacts on existing features and requirements.
- I will resolve queries from the testing team related to enhancements.
- I will create and update customer-facing product information, including website content and emails.
- I will train internal staff on software updates and create related internal documentation.
- I will build deep expertise in key areas of the software, becoming the internal expert on particular features.
- I will investigate and diagnose software issues using available diagnostic tools.
