Senior Insight Analyst - Wolverhampton

We are seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to play a key role in driving data-led decision-making across our business. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions, from operations and logistics to e-commerce and finance, providing valuable insights that directly influence performance and strategy. In this role, you will act as a trusted data partner to our stakeholders at all levels. You will move beyond simply reporting numbers, instead uncovering trends, identifying opportunities, and presenting findings in a clear and compelling way. Additionally, you will contribute to educating colleagues on data literacy, helping to embed a culture of evidence-based decision-making. We’re offering a salary between £45,000 and £50,000 and a hybrid working model - 3 days per week in our Wolverhampton office. You will be exposed to a wide variety of business challenges and stakeholders, with the opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping our data-driven strategy.
