Requirements
Must:
We require strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. A practical background in CRM configuration, such as DealCloud, Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot, is essential. You should also have experience with Power BI, specifically in building dashboards and basic data models. Familiarity with integrations and APIs, such as Boomi or similar tools, would be a bonus. Additionally, we value candidates who are comfortable working closely with stakeholders while focusing on building and delivering solutions independently. Experience in financial services, private equity, or asset management is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining solutions using Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate, replacing manual processes with automated workflows. You will enhance the firm's CRM, with a preference for DealCloud but openness to Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot. You will need to translate requirements into practical solutions while documenting, testing, and delivering enhancements that drive measurable efficiency. Additionally, you will automate data between systems (using APIs/connectors, with Boomi being a plus) and deliver Power BI dashboards with well-structured data models. Exploring and embedding tools such as Copilot/ChatGPT to drive the adoption of new ways of working will also be part of your tasks. Furthermore, you will ensure that solutions align with best practices in low/no-code security, change control, and documentation.

The position is office-based in locations such as Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Reading, or London, and offers a competitive salary range of £58,000 – £65,000, along with flexible benefits.
