Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in 2nd line IT support.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, AzureAD/EntraID, and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 and 11 environments.
- Familiarity with IP networking concepts, including DNS and DHCP configurations.
- Experience with virtualisation tools like Hyper-V and VMware.
- Competence in administering Exchange Server.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- I will provide 2nd line IT support, resolving issues to ensure seamless IT operations.
- I will engage with customers to offer professional and effective support.
- I will collaborate with team members to manage and resolve Service Desk tickets.
- I will maintain and administer Microsoft 365, AzureAD/EntraID, and Active Directory.
- I will support Windows 10 and 11 environments, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
- I will manage IP networking tasks, including DNS and DHCP configurations.
- I will utilise virtualisation tools like Hyper-V and VMware.
- I will administer Exchange Server to maintain robust email communication systems.
- I will demonstrate competence in using Service Desk ticketing systems.
