Requirements
Must:
- Windows PC and Server hardware/software support
- Understanding of networking, DHCP, and DNS
- Active Directory knowledge
- Knowledge of VPN, including L2TP, OpenVPN, and Site2Site
- Familiarity with Unifi
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, and SharePoint
- Experience with Veeam Backup Software
- Knowledge of RMM Software
- A customer service focus and effective communication skills
- A keen interest in IT support
- A positive and helpful attitude
- Good organization and timekeeping skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Level 3 or 4 IT Qualification
- Experience in IT support (3 years preferred)
- Experience in customer service (3 years preferred)
- Must reside in or around Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, UK
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new IT devices for clients
- Provide support for business servers and network environments
- Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Monitor systems using RMM software
- Oversee backup and cybersecurity systems
- Answer incoming support calls, offering friendly, knowledgeable, and professional advice
- Diagnose and repair IT devices
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

The position is full-time and permanent, offering a pay range of £28,000.00 - £32,000.00 per year.
