Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in IT support, specifically with a focus on Microsoft 365. You should be knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 admin panels and PowerShell scripting. Familiarity with Entra ID, Azure Hosting, and Azure PIM is important. While Microsoft 365 certifications are preferred, they are not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a customer service-oriented mindset, are essential.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 issues and user devices. You will administer services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and InTune. You will manage user accounts, security, and Active Directory, as well as work with Microsoft Purview for compliance and data governance. Additionally, you will maintain our operational hardware fleet and document procedures, conduct basic user training, and monitor service health.
