Requirements
Must:
- I have a minimum of 3 years' professional experience with M365 Technologies, including Defender, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- I possess demonstrable experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- I have passed the MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator certification exam or can demonstrate an active commitment to achieving this qualification at the point of application.
- I communicate excellently in written and spoken English, at native or near-native proficiency.
- I have strong interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a consistently professional and positive attitude.
- I am able to work on-site in Chorleywood, Herts and live within reasonable commuting distance.
- I am passionate about technology, as shown through ongoing professional development and a history of managing complex technical challenges.
- I maintain a respectful and sociable outlook, and I am an effective, collaborative team player.
- I demonstrate a track record of dedication, reliability, and the ability to deliver on commitments in a demanding technical environment.
Responsibilities
- I will design, implement, and support bespoke, advanced cloud solutions in a collaborative environment.
- I will configure and deploy hardware and/or networking equipment to high standards.
- I will manage effective relationships with third-party vendors and stakeholders as required.
- I will independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
- I will oversee user subscriptions, accounts, permissions, and settings for a diverse portfolio of cloud services.
- I will carry out M365/Intune/Defender tenant implementation and administration tasks.
- I will design and implement SharePoint solutions tailored to complex organizational needs.
- I will develop and manage security solutions, including policy design and compliance management.
- I will contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal management systems and professional services processes.
- I will engage with consultancy, pre-sales, and account management activities, supporting the business's commercial growth and client relationships.
- I will influence the organization’s technical fluency in key areas such as AI, Data Governance, and Compliance Frameworks.
