We are seeking an experienced systems engineer with expertise in requirements engineering and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in engineering practices, methodologies, and tools, and be skilled in deriving system component requirements from broad customer needs. You should be proficient in stakeholder management and able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels. A highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail is essential. Additionally, we require a versatile professional capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
In this vital role, you will provide requirements analysis and systems engineering support across various functions, including product development, sales and marketing, and customer support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements for system architecture, feature development, and third-party system integrations.
- Representing the company in customer-facing engagements, such as requirements gathering, critical design reviews, and integration efforts.
- Converting customer needs into clear, comprehensive software requirements that align with our system architecture and operational objectives.
- Completing 1:1 appraisals and delivering team meetings and leadership plans to the business.
- Evaluating proposed solutions to ensure they meet both customer and internal specifications.
- Offering system-level guidance and technical advice to various departments.
- Maintaining a consistent requirements baseline across all departments.
- Leading process improvement initiatives within the systems team.
- Staying updated with emerging technical topics to support ongoing projects and internal needs.
- Traveling to customer sites worldwide as necessary.
