Requirements
Must:
- 3–5 years of experience in performance/product analytics for digital services.
- Strong SQL and data warehouse experience, specifically with BigQuery or Redshift.
- Experience with GA4 implementation and analysis.
- Proficiency in building dashboards using Looker Studio or AWS QuickSight.
- Proven ability to deliver in agile, multi-disciplinary teams, translating insights into roadmap decisions.
- Eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
- Prior experience within government environments is preferred, especially in AI contexts.
Responsibilities
- Define KPIs/OKRs and create a comprehensive measurement plan for AI features.
- Implement event analytics (GA4) and set up data flows into BigQuery/Redshift.
- Develop decision-ready dashboards using Looker Studio or QuickSight.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyzing results to provide clear and actionable recommendations.
- Establish AI evaluation metrics, including task success, guardrail breaches, hallucination rates, latency, and cost per outcome.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy standards.
