Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Support roles, demonstrating a strong track record of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Proficient in networking, desktop support, and access control systems, with hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining infrastructure.
- A solid understanding of cloud technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Server environments is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365, especially with advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- I will provide complete support for various areas of our IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, servers, networking equipment, data storage/security, and access control systems.
- I will assist in implementing and maintaining an integrated business management system to support our business growth.
- I will partner with external IT providers to enhance our business systems.
- I will support the management of the IT budget, optimizing costs wherever possible.
Description
We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic company just outside of Aberdeen. We are currently looking for someone to join us permanently to take ownership of desktop support, as well as the planning, execution, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and equipment. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and will be an on-site working model.
