Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking candidates with experience in legal applications such as document management and case management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Intune (MDM) is essential.
- I need individuals familiar with modern workplace technologies, including AV and room booking systems.
- A strong understanding of user hardware and different working styles is necessary.
- Previous supervisory experience with effective delegation skills is a must.
- Candidates must be capable of performing in a similar role in a comparable environment.
Responsibilities
- I will manage the daily IT service functions in Cambridge, ensuring effective resource deployment and monitoring system performance and capacity.
- It will be my responsibility to take corrective actions as needed and utilize IT to solve complex business issues, while maintaining service continuity during disruptions.
- I will represent the IT support team both internally and externally to establish credibility.
- I will lead assigned technical projects, ensuring they are completed within time and resource constraints.
- Additionally, I will manage the IT support teams in Cambridge in collaboration with the Director of IT, overseeing recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development.
- I will address performance issues and disciplinary matters in conjunction with HR.
Description
I am offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 with annual reviews, alongside a hybrid working model that allows for three days a week in the office.
