Must:
We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer who has experience working with audio systems and technology. You should be proficient in designing with CAD programs and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain technical systems clearly and confidently to our customers. Strong IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software packages.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Customer Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team by assessing new project enquiries and responding to our customers while meticulously booking project details into our CRM system. You will identify suitable system types to meet specific project requirements and provide technical support, including remote troubleshooting for complex systems. In addition, you will prepare accurate equipment quotations and respond promptly to bid requests. Your responsibilities will also include conducting site visits, surveys, customer meetings, and demonstrations, along with delivering technical training to our customers.
