Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a Data Analyst who is proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. You should have a strong understanding of kitchen and bathroom product sales and market trends, as well as experience with e-commerce analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify). Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (like Salesforce, SAP) is essential. We value strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, alongside excellent communication skills for presenting insights effectively.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analysing data to support business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Data Collection & Management - Gather and clean data from various sources, including sales reports, website analytics, CRM systems, and customer feedback. - Maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to collect relevant business data. 2. Sales & Performance Analysis - Track and analyse sales trends for kitchen and bathroom products. - Identify best-selling products, seasonal trends, and underperforming items. - Prepare reports on revenue, profit margins, and customer buying patterns. 3. Customer & Market Insights - Analyse customer behaviour, demographics, and preferences to enhance product offerings. - Study competitor pricing, promotions, and market positioning. - Conduct market research to pinpoint opportunities for new product launches. 4. Operational & Supply Chain Analysis - Assess inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent overstocking or shortages. - Evaluate supplier performance, lead times, and procurement efficiency. - Streamline logistics and delivery data for cost reduction and efficiency. 5. Digital & E-commerce Analytics - Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and conduct customer journey analysis. - Assess digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media) for ROI. - Identify areas for website enhancements to improve user experience and sales. 6. Reporting & Visualization - Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. - Present findings to management and stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations. - Automate data reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 7. Forecasting & Business Strategy Support - Use predictive analytics to forecast sales, demand, and market trends. - Support pricing strategies by analysing cost structures and competitive pricing. - Assist in financial modelling and budgeting for future business growth.
