Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in C++ programming and knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) technology.
- Familiarity with the defence sector.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred, or you must be a senior engineer ready to transition into a leadership role.
- Strong mentoring skills and the ability to guide a team effectively.
- Experience in conducting code reviews and participating in Agile practices.

- Lead a small team of 4 software engineers while remaining hands-on in development tasks.
- Design and deliver software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and advise on best practices to enhance productivity and quality of work.
- Participate in and lead bi-weekly Agile sprints, providing input on timelines and project estimates.
