Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the team of Junior and Senior Technicians
- Handle business-as-usual tasks
- Plan and schedule projects
- Design, manage, execute, and report on projects
- Manage stakeholders
- Provide 3rd Line Hardware, Software, and Network Support
- Support Server, Cloud, VoIP, Mobile, and MDM
- Design, deploy, and administer servers and networks
- Implement change management processes
- Provide training and implementation experience
- Design and implement internal processes
