Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience supporting projects or change initiatives, ideally in a multi-site or operational environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel to venues as required.
- Experience in hospitality, events, or venue-based operations is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Project Manager in planning and coordinating deployment activities for our AI/ML workforce management tool.
- Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and venue rollouts.
- Help prepare and distribute communications and training materials to venue teams.
- Liaise with venue managers and staff to gather feedback, monitor readiness, and address concerns.
- Track adoption metrics and support the collection of feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in tailoring change management approaches for different venue types and operational cultures.
- Maintain project records, action logs, and risk registers.
- Support the organisation and facilitation of meetings, including SteerCos and technical working groups.
- Escalate issues and risks to the Senior Project Manager as needed.

In this exciting role, you will assist in project management planning, coordinating, and executing deployment and change management activities across diverse world-class sports and entertainment venues. This is a flexible hybrid/mobile role, allowing you to work remotely from either our London or Birmingham offices, with occasional travel to venues.
