Requirements

Must:
We seek candidates with proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, particularly within IT-focused teams. A strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, along with hands-on project experience, is essential. You should be confident in producing and executing system and user test plans and have demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to manage small teams. Skills in process mapping and documentation, as well as familiarity with AGILE methodologies and working in agile delivery environments, are highly desired.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable plans. I will define and document business processes, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals. As the lead Senior Business Analyst, I will represent the IT function on major projects and digital initiatives, playing a key role in our transformation journey, particularly in the end-to-end implementation of a Salesforce platform. I will analyze KPIs and data insights to identify areas for continuous improvement and support project delivery by gathering requirements and creating high-quality documentation, including user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria. Additionally, I will bridge the gap between technical teams and business users, translating the nontechnical into technical and vice versa.
