Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Finance Systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. A proven track record in defining and delivering requirements for complex projects is essential. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for this role. Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, or similar tools for user story management is also required. We expect our ideal candidate to be customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and sign-off to ensure our deliverables align with business needs. You will lead and document workshops with stakeholders to define existing processes, data sources, and requirements. Delivering process flows, data schemas, and dependency maps on schedule will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities, along with escalating any issues as necessary. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating and reporting requirements, ensuring timely stakeholder sign-off and assessing workload risks. Supporting colleagues and driving personal development through innovative solutions will be key aspects of your role.
Description
We prefer candidates who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and have knowledge of agile and hybrid project methods. Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence would be an advantage.
