Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have strong IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills, either gained through study or practical experience. You should be a confident communicator, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Office 365 is essential, and experience with Dynamics CRM or Business Central would be a bonus (training will be provided). I prefer proactive, friendly individuals who are eager to learn, and a full UK driving licence is preferred as travel between sites will be required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to manage and prioritize IT support tickets, ensuring quick resolution. You will handle change requests, ranging from access updates to system configuration. Providing user-friendly support and troubleshooting for software and applications will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will need to diagnose and fix software faults across the business, deliver hands-on hardware support (including setup, maintenance, and replacement of laptops, desktops, and phones), and carry out system administration tasks related to onboarding, leavers, and role changes. Furthermore, you will support users across two sites via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

I am offering a competitive salary between £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and you will enjoy 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Onsite parking is available, along with additional benefits.
